Delivery Information
We deliver bathroom products throughout the UK using a range of trusted courier and specialist delivery services. The delivery method will depend on the size, weight and nature of your order.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated according to the products ordered and the delivery location. The applicable delivery cost will be shown at checkout or confirmed before your order is completed.
Products in stock
Products marked In Stock are held in stock and are normally available for dispatch promptly. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.
Products available to order
Some products are marked Available to Order. These products are ordered from our suppliers after your order is placed and will therefore have a longer lead time. Where possible, an estimated lead time will be shown on the product page or confirmed with you.
Large and fragile items
Ceramics, bathroom furniture and other large or fragile products may be delivered by pallet or specialist carrier. These deliveries are generally made to a safe and accessible kerbside location. Please ensure that suitable assistance is available to move heavy or bulky items into your property.
Checking your delivery
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If you notice visible damage, missing items or believe you have received the wrong product, please contact us promptly and provide photographs where appropriate.
We strongly recommend checking all products thoroughly before arranging installation or booking tradespeople.
Delivery delays
We will always aim to meet estimated delivery dates, but delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally cause delays.
If you require a product for a particular installation date, please contact us before ordering so we can advise on current availability.
